This pharmacy is freaking HORRIBLE! I called, needed to speak to the pharmacist and they hung up on me after 30 minutes, then when I called back, there were 3 calls ahead of me. I hung up after another 30 minutes. They can’t figure out how to process a prescription with my insurance and they really have horrible customer service. Then, when we go try to pick up the prescription that they could figure out, we are 3rd in line for more than 20 minutes. What is so hard about picking up prescriptions?? I waited for over an hour for the pharmacy, they told me to sit down and they’ll call me back up in a few minutes. I waited and waited until I finally went to the window to ask, it had been sitting there for over half an hour and they just forgot about me. Not to mention they have such an issue with dealing with insurance.
I have been using the Walgreens Pharmacy for approximately 16 years. I definitely have noticed a decline in service over the last year. I would never change pharmacies though because of one single reason, it's Colin, the head pharmacist. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and always treats me and the other people with whom I observe him interacting, with respect and recognizing we have at least a modicum of intelligence.
I was a little surprised after dropping off my scripts and returning to pick up to be asked by the pharmacist where I dropped by script off at and then see him panic and start searching around to find it when I said here at this drive through window. That gave me low confidence about getting the correct medication and felt am I safe ?
Called ahead still waited in line 1hr to wait 45 min for meds
So helpful to get all my needs met and get to work on time !
The older woman in the pharmacy was so nice & friendly. The 24 hour pharmacy saved me. Highly recommended. Fast service.
