The only reason I use this pharmacy is because of its location, it's very convenient. If it wasn't for that I would never go there. Lines for your prescriptions are always long, even in the middle of the night. Staff behind the counter is slow & lazy. Unfriendly on top of that. Even with new pharmacy manager nothing has changed. 20 people behind the counter and you can't get your script on time. Beyond ridiculous. — feeling annoyed at Walgreens (102 Washington St, New Britain, CT).
Hate to be in line to pick up prescriptions waited for 20 minutes and the bathroom is always dirty and smells nasty.
Used to be a great store to shop in, however the panhandlers lurking around the store are out of control and creates a very aggravating shopping experience. I've shopped there for years but I can't see myself going there anymore.
