I tried to be responsible wearing my mask to protect others but the security guard thinks he doesn’t need to wear a mask and he’s inside the store walking like nothing. So irresponsible of him and the store for not making him wear it.

awful customer service, pharmacists have don't care aditude, if on life sustaining meds like myself don't go there, husband filed a claim with the pharmacy board
You guys are not professional at all. No common courtesy... Long....long....long lines. Staff never follows up on "faxes" to the doctors! You guys have shorted my husband and my prescriptions. Lost prescriptions. 7-8yrs ago I loved you guys. Now, your staff sucks...the ONLY reason why people come to Walgreens its because its 24hrs.....around the area....and I been waiting for 27 min in the drive-thru as I write this review.... After a long day of work!!!
Worst Walgreens ever...horrible customer service....never go there If I could give a -5 star I would
No star....my script was electronically faxed over to them 4pm. I called to check if my prescription is ready, they didn't pick up. So I decided to drive over while still on the phone. I got to the store got in line and still on the phone. They just let the phone ring. 30 minutes later I'm still on hold over the phone while in line. When I got up to the counter they said my prescription is not ready.
