Train your pharmacy staff how to speak to customers instead of treating customers like they are doing us a favor by giving us our prescriptions. Why do they think they have a job oh I know why they have a job because of customers! Your company should not take them for granted!
RecommendedWe love this particular location because of an in-house Labcorp! Joanna runs this lab as a 'one woman show'. Joanna is very professional and caring! We previously used another Labcorp location (Balsam St.) that was very lacking.
I won’t go here for my prescriptions anymore the pharmacist refused to give me my Prevnar 13 shot because I wasn’t 65 years old. Even though I did have prescription from my doctor she said she couldn’t give it to me because of their protocol. Don’t think I’ll be back there.
Sometimes I can get in and out quickly but more often the case is I stand in line at the pharmacy for 10 to even 20 minutes while one person works the register. To pay the highest prices for medicine in the country and have long wait times shows how little Walgreens cares about its customer. Might as well go to Walmart - at least the medicine is cheaper.
Terrible service tonight pharmacy!! When I tell you that I am picking up "2" prescriptions and you tell me that if I wait 15 minutes they will be ready...so I wait in the parking lot with bronchitis and a fever only to be told 15 minutes later that one is ready and the other will be 20 more minutes!!! Your response, "we're doing the best we can". NO you are NOT! The best you can would have been taking the 5 minutes to make the situation right and pour/mix my cough medicine!
