getting in & out of this particular Walgreens is hit & miss. like today I walked in with 2 scripts from UC Health ER at 1:40pm was told they would not be ready till after 3pm..thankful they got it done by 2:20pm.
i went in there for my flu shot, alot..closer than the va clinic..Never had any issues at Wal Greens in fountain ..
About 6pm tonight my grandson and I came into your store looking for a specific item. I stepped up to the beauty counter to your employee. She was having a lively conversation with a man about her husband in the Army and giving this gentleman tips on getting a job. After standing there several minutes, I left and went to a different store where the employee there was very helpful.
I went to get my flu shot , I was in an out . everyone was helpful and friendly
The pharmacy staff is so rude and inconsiderate of people’s time. I just moved to the area and chose this pharmacy for the convenience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
Your pharmacy staff are incompetent. It might be time to retrain them on tricare. The woman last night has no idea how to look a child up. She was adamant that my child was not in deers and had no health care insurance when moments before arriving at the pharmacy we were at urgent care who had no problem finding my child in deers and her healthcare coverage and I had her vaild military ID card with me. The woman in the pharmacy kept saying just pay the $170 and then come back when you fix it to be refunded. That made no sens... read more
In sorry but every time I come to get my prescriptions I'm always waiting for an hour to just pick them up cause the staff is to busy laughing and talk In to eachitjer this has to be the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to in my life there is no way this should happen every. Single time
Please hire a Native American person (s) cause I’m pretty sure they would answer my smoke signals faster than my calls � Still on hold btw with pharmacy. 10 mins and counting... many ahos
If there was a no star that would definitely be my selection. The customer service here is horrible. For the last year I have had to use this pharmacy for my prescription needs and every single month I have an issue. Today was the last straw when having the same rep with a bad attitude snatch a prescription away from me. Once I leave here today my business will continue at another pharmacy.
