I was going to transfer all of my prescriptions to Walgreens because I thought Walgreens was better than this! I’m at the window picking up the first prescription and asked about a secondary insurance and then they could not ring up the prescription because it is their lunchtime? Totally crazy! Not good customer service at all! Thanks but no thanks, Walgreen pharmacy! You are not the only pharmacy I can use!

PLEASE READ THIS IS LONG BUT NEEDS TO BE READ IF YOU OR A LOVED ON TAKES A OPIOD! My husband has a broken back and thanks to this Walgreens he is now on day two without pain medication. I have checked with other Walgreens pharmacies and each Walgreens pharmacy manager sets the rules for their store as to when the will accept a priscribtion.
