Since I couldn't get my prescription filled I asked them to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy, they told me the pharmacy receiving my prescription has to call them. The pharmacy I'm transferring from tried numerous times to get my prescription. The lines were busy, noones picking up. I called myself and talked to the manager three times to tell them to just call my new pharmacy and call instead since no one can reach their lines.
