Absolute worst pharmacy in McKinney!! I wish I could tell someone in person how bad it is!
Horrible!! Horrible!! This location is simply horrible! Slowest pharmacy in DFW!
I've now lived here for 4 months, moving from suburban Chicago. This is without a doubt the SLOWEST and least organized Walgreens Pharmacy! Consistently. Neighbors warned me NOT to fill prescriptions here, but I've always used Walgreens. I just will stop using THIS ONE.
I have been waiting in the drive-thru pharmacy for an hour. This is ridiculous!
Horrible pharmacy service. Waited on hold for 30 minutes over the phone. No one ever answered. Drove to store and only one employee was working. Prescription for my son was not available at Hardin and Eldorado. They sent me to 380 where they have it available, but never transferred in the system for pick up. Unbelievable...2 1/2 hours wasted! They really don't even deserve 1 star!
