Great pharmacy service and guidance....it's a lo g story but that's the gist!!! Go there with your problems!
This pharmacy is always a disaster. It takes them forever to help customers, they have terrible attitude, and they can’t even open on time. By the time we finally got out of line at 10:15 this morning, the pharmacy was still not open.
This pharmacy used to be pretty good. Now not so much. Auto refills are not automatically refilled. After a week of not being refilled I have to call them, wait on hold, then finally talk to someone to get it refilled. They tell me it will be ready in an hour and proceeds to hang up on me. I get a notification 5 minutes later saying my prescription is ready. Their customer service skills are severely lacking and their processing flow is haphazard. Time to find a new pharmacy.
This store has the worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to get an update on a prescription for over a week with nothing but computers and wait wait wait to talk to a pharmacist about what’s the hold up..
