This store has a little old lady "busy body" that WASTED my daughter's time and tried to tell her that she can't buy cigarettes for me because I am disabled. We have been using this Walgreen's since returning to Colorado and have never had a problem. Do not come here for a flu shot. Arrived at 0900. It is now 0940 and still no flu shot. We were the only people waiting. Now there are 3 others waiting.
Only wish they'd call my doctor for refills before I have too. Otherwise friendly and kind.
Out of all you people that had bad experiences with Walgreens I'm one of the ones that never had a bad experience. In fact they get my prescriptions done quicker than Walmart and charge less. They call my doctor when my refills have run out and get them refilled for me. I think they're a good Pharmacy.
I have not had a trip to Walgreens this past calendar year that hasn't rested in some fiasco. I've been filling percriptions here for over 10 years. They created 2 profiles for me, deleted all my insurance information, neglected to change my name, then changed it back to my old name without reason or request. They have asked me multiple times to "circle the building so I can help the car behind you because we aren't ready to help you." I'm really fed up and will be changing my pharmacy to Safeway.
We live an hour East and had a child's Asthma medication called in on Friday, when we stopped to pick it up on Saturday morning we waited for 35 minutes with 2 people waiting. Only to be told "oh we are out of that and it won't be ready tell Tuesday. Not a phone call or any notification. The pharmacy is extremely unorganized with bags of stuff everywhere on several occasions.
