I stopped at Walgreens tonight at 95th and Ashland. Tonight, I observed the pharmacy techs working their tails off as I waited. They serviced a dozen people before me as fast as they could, giving everyone their due attention. When it was my turn, the pharmacy tech greeted me by name without me introducing myself and she patiently explained an insurance issue to me and told me what I need to do. Picked up a prescription on Saturday and was charged $68.99 for eye drops. When I questioned the price and why didn't they substitute, the clerk went to talk to Pharmacist and returned stating my card has been credited for 58.99. 😱😱 Will not use this pharmacy again.😡😡😂
They move slow in the pharmacy the workers didn't greet me other wise it was o.k.
I waited in the pharmacy line for one hour!!!! It was very slow.
It was kind of dirty but otherwise not bad. The workers did not greet me though.
Associate Jackie Matthews provided EXCELLENT customer service during a problem I,inadvertently,caused at the front register. After calls for assistance were slow to arrive,she handled the situation(& me)quite pleasantly & reassurance.
