I needed a prescription filled that had already been run through my insurance before 1/1 and was 100% covered and Walgreens had already been paid by my insurance. When my boyfriend when to pick up the medication and then give them my new insurance card they ran it again and it is now going to cost me $175. I called them and was told I was talking to a pharmacist, which I found out I was not, and they said that if it hadn’t been run again I would not have to pay.
