I am FORCED to use Walgreens by my insurance. The whole thing is a racket. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They call and don't leave messages, they take FOREVER to fill prescriptions, the store is constantly understaffed and staff that is there is miserable, rude, and down right mean. I despise the fact I have no other choice.
I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. They did not appropriately contact me regarding an insurance issue with my medication; a prescription that I cannot 'skip'. Without contacting me, I now have to scramble to get this prescription filled with my doctor during one of the busiest times of the season: Thanksgiving week. Furthermore, the staff's inflection when I called was appaling and dismissed fault, blaming the insurance company and myself for not following up.
