This Walgreens is probably the most inefficient store I have ever been to, the pharmacy usually has 1 tech and one Pharmacist available and there is always a long line mostly because they are so short staffed and forget any sense of urgency because no one has any. We tried to get photos at one of the kiosks which you would think since it’s self-serv you could do your thing and go. Excellent customer service. If the line is long and it seems slow, it’s because the pharmacist takes their time In answering questions the people have. That’s great service!
Went in for a flu shot and was out in 5 minutes. Glad I made an appointment!
Pharmacy staff is top notch helped me get approval for new medication from my insurance who kept me running around until I asked for help from staff.
I hate this Walgreens. They never have enough ppl working in the pharmacy. There is always a long line inside & in the drive through. Always takes 25mins just to drop off my mom's prescription.
