The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Only a handful of times have I had a decent associate in the drive thru. It takes hours to get medications filled, any other pharmacy that is local takes 10-30 minutes. I am gladly going to give up the convenience (and I use that term lightly) of the drive thru to get my medicine in a timely manner. This is not my first complaint, but will certainly be my last. Even going through the drive thru is ridiculous, it's nothing to wait 20 minutes on the ONE car in front of you.

I’ve always had a 5 star experience here, except last week when I arrived ten minutes til close to pick up a prescription. I could tell the customer service representative was annoyed at me because she kept putting the phone down and shaking her head. Tone was very rude, and she refused to add my wife’s prescription to the bill because it was now two minutes until closing. The people at the Rantoul location are always super friendly. However, tonight I went in to purchase a few items and had a problem with the chip reader on their credit card machine. It was evident that this is a continual problem that has not been addressed. I had to cancel my transaction ,hold up the line, and go to another register only to leave without my purchases because their machine would not read my card.
Pharmacy people are amazingly fast and friendly. Very impressed with the service they provide consistently.
