My prescriptions are never ready when I’m told they’re going to be ready and they have the longest wait time whether you go in the building or sit in the drive-through. And for some reason they believe 20 minutes is the same as six hours when it comes to a pick up time

This place is awesome. Great place to work and to shop. I don't know if anyone ever noticed but the team acts like big family. And this is the only walgreens that gets your RX in a timely matter. As fast as we can.
I literally was in the drive thru waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come to the window. I actually had to call the store and speak with the manager before finally being helped.
They just don't do anything but screw up and make you wait. I wated for over an hour and it was my third time their to pick up those prescriptions.
They filled an inhaler with contradictory instructions that left my asthmatic fiance with no emergency inhaler since Friday, when we call the Rx we're placed on hold over and over and over, etc. Not professional at all, lost my entire family's business. As a side note, the Store Mgr Joann Medina did all she could and was courteous and professional as was the CSM we talked to today... however filling prescriptions is what I needed and this Rx is not up for the task.
