They can't get a card to read, no chip reader at the drive through. So after going through that, you have to go inside, where the person on the window can't be bothered to help you. After going through the usual quiz outside, giving information that's on the license, you have to do it all over again inside plus enter a phone number into the card reader, even to pay cash. Went to switch my pharmacy over to cvs. Cvs called this pharmacy to get my prescription transferred over. Not only did they give them my incorrect address(an address I've never even lived at) but they also sent them the wrong instructions for my medication! I'm prescribed 2-3 and they put down 1-2! I've had so many problems with this Walgreens and I'm glad I switched.
