2 hours on hold and my call was NEVER answered by pharmacy staff. Finally had to hang up. Unacceptable customer service!
I had a prescription called in 30 minutes before I got there. When I talked to the pharmacist, they said they just received the prescription. An hour later and still no prescription. I called the physician to have my prescription cancelled and transferred to Walmart. I waited to pick it up from Walmart, made it home, then I get a phone call from Walgreens saying my prescription is ready to pick up. Walgreens pharmacy is the worst.
RecommendedI have recommended this place but I am by far happy with them! Every single time I order medications I have issues. I mean THEY have issues from not sending in the right info to the insurance to flat out not wanting to research anything! I might as well do it myself... one more thing look online at their practices about scrutinizing people on certain medications
If you would like to receive terrible service offered up by rude and condescending pharmacists, this is the place for you. If you happen to be an exhausted parent concerned for your child and are seeking the professional advice of a pharmacist regarding a PRESCRIPTION, then do not -- ever -- come here. I'm quite certain each of these pharmacists were trained to be completely apathetic and awful.
It’s getting 1 star because I couldn’t choose a negative! The absolute worst pharmacy and has always been. Take your prescriptions to H-E-B.
I always have a great experience there. And the staff is friendly, helpful and fun to interact with.
Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes without being helped with no one in front of me. Even after several attempts to get their attention by honking my horn. Several employees\technicians made eye contact with me but did nothing to help. 10 MINUTES. This seems like something that really needs addressed.
