1/12/2026 What a terrific pharmacy and staff. I picked up a few prescriptions this morning and was having difficulty with the transfer inventory of my wife's medications. Ali and Hannah we simply fantastic in providing the best in customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service!! The pharmacy techs are rude, impatient and have zero compassion!! Don’t even bother trying to call the pharmacy for any questions unless you have time to sit on hold for 30 minutes! Transfer your percription, you’ll be glad you did!
12/2/2025 I transfered my prescriptions from Costco to Walgreens in RSM recently and to date I am quite pleased with the service and efficiency. This location is very popular and the counter staff and pharmacists are very professional, friendly and efficient. I have picked up my prescriptions here for the last few months and it is so convenient and they even have a drive thru. The location is close and convenient as well.
