9/16/2026 I stopped by Walgreens to pick up two prescriptions today. I utilized the drive thru and Wesley was the professional who assisted me. Wesley was thorough, kind, experienced and efficient. 7/25/2026 Stopped by this morning to pick up a prescription for my wife. The staff here are so professional and friendly. I also asked the pharmacist about one of my wife's medications that tastes and smells like vanilla and makes her nauseous and the pharmacist was so helpful and will be filling that one with a different manufacturer so the odor and taste will not be an issue. Highly recommend this Walgreens in Rancho Santa Margarita. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. And the staff are each helpful, knowledgeable and amazing. Nadine, in the pharmacy, was especially helpful to me!! As was Wesley, also in the pharmacy . Thank you both!! Wonderful!!!!!
