Terrible Pharmacy. Don’t usually ever go out of my way to ruin people’s day and my job is based on surveys as well so believe me when I say this place is unfortunately awful. I get that there’s always a fight between them and insurance companies, but this was a mistake the pharmacy made and not a single employee made any effort to try and resolve it. Incredibly sad because it’s due to short staffing but there should be at least one employee who actually gives a shit. 0/5
I despise this pharmacy. Their staff are the rudest, unkind, unhelpful and incompetent staff I have EVER encountered at a pharmacy in my entire life! Not only too busy, but you can often wait up to 45 minutes at the drive up window, and once you get to the window they act like you are a huge nuisance to them for having the audacity to pick up your prescription that day.
