My son needed his RX for a migraine. They had the renewal and were “still working on it” for 7 hrs, 9 pills? Terrible when one is in pain from a migraine. Horrible customer service, compassion and empathy. Must be “just a job” mentality.
I can't even fathom the large number of prescriptions this pharmacy gets every day. But I know if Lauren or Vivian are there, I will get great customer service.
