I am so tired of this pharmacy. and it's only this location. The Walgreens in Hubbard is fantastic so is the staff. this one in the niles location off of Robbins is just awful. The people in the pharmacy always have an attitude with you, you always feel like you're unwanted when you HAVE to use them to get your meds. Every single 30 days I go through the same thing one of my meds doesn't show I have refills but instead my dr sends them to the pharmacy and they stay on my file. They really need to educate the staff on the use of coupons. I am so tired of arguing with the staff regarding how many of the coupons i can use... per purchase means if i purchase 5 i can use 5 coupons... per transaction means i can only use one per transaction! If you want ppl who coupon to shop there you should teach managers and cashiers how to read them! Otherwise everything else was good!
