Complete lack of professionalism and communication. I have spent hours waiting at the pharmacy to be treated as I'm incompetent when it's the staff cutting corners and failing to fully read information for customers.
Treat a customer as patient. In these times, your not willing to mail prescription because you want people in your store. Shame on you. I transferred all of my Rx's. Greed at a very bad time. Your pharmacist are the health care providers not corporate. No flexibility, empowerment, and/or common sense. I feel for them as a retired pharmacist and Healthcare executive. Disgraceful.
If you like waiting AT LEAST 15 minutes in the drive-thru every single time you pick up your Rx, this is the Walgreens for you. Bonus, once you start waiting, the line will grown so large that you’ll be trapped in line and at the mercy of the insanely slow pharmacy process that this location seems to run on. Every time I stop here I end up stuck waiting in line forever. Every time we need a prescription filled, we call it in, and Walgreens says we can pick it up the next day. And without fail, when we go to pick it up the next day, they don't have it ready, say there was an "insurance mix-up", and say it'll be ready in a couple hours. One prescription, this happened three times before we just bought an OTC option at CVS. Recently when the tech informed me of another "insurance mix--up", I mentioned that this happens every time. Was here the other day and the woman in the beauty department, Delaney, is AWESOME. Was looking for a moisturizer and she was super friendly and helpful...as an added bonus, I bought and absolutely LOVED her recommendation for the moisturizer!! 😁👍
You made a very serious mistake in firing Becky Britton! She worked for you for over 37 years and had a huge following that are, or should I say "were" , your customers.if you don't get slopes with an agism lawsuit, I will be surprised. I encourage everyone to boycott this store
