The staff is always helpful, but I think sometimes too helpful in the drive thru line. Drive thru should be for a quick drop off or pick up. The last two times I have been I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a single car ahead of me. They need to tell some customers to either come inside or come back later so they can work on things between other customers whose prescriptions are ready.
I have been a customer here for years but the past few months have been aweful trying to get my rx filled. Im a cash customer and I use the good rx discount which makes my meds cheaper here than anywhere else. Today I went to fill my script and it is the same as it always is but the tech said he couldn't fill it till he called the dr cuz it says capsules not tablets.
