If you’re in a hurry don’t go there they need to hire more people especially in the pharmacy they have a long line outside in the drive through and a longer line inside l can’t understand why they know it’s a busy place l don’t think l will be returning!!
Walked away from a $70 purchase when the cashier wouldn’t check the sale price on something that didn’t ring up properly.
I went to their Hickory Hills location late at night after getting released from the hospital. I was the ONLY customer at the pharmacy. The girl told me that it would take about 20 minutes to fill my script...... Really???? I was the ONLY one there!!!!! How long does it take to count out 28 pills?????
Couple of weeks ago I visited WalGreens in Garden City.. At the pharmacy I overheard a gentleman ask for diabetic syringes. The pharmacy employee ask him for a prescription. He explained he was from out of town and forgotten his syringes and he did not carry a prescription... The employee said cannot sell you syringes without a prescription...
