Add more staff in the pharmacy. A 45 minute wait for a prescription is unacceptable. Went across the street and got it in less than 5 minutes.

Got an email from my doctor stating he sent my prescription in. The email stated it was sent to this Walgreens and he even put the address and phone number in the email as well. Shortly after I received a automated phone call stating my prescription would be ready by 4:00pm. The phone number I received was the number for this location as well. I went to pick up my prescription at 4:30 PM and they said they didn't have the it. Then another person said it wasn't ready because it was sent to a different Walgreens. Don't lie abo... read more
