Worse WAlgreens pharmacy in Chicago . Wait in line 2-3 times just to pick up a prescription
I went to pick up 3 much needed prescriptions at a time when my insurance lapsed between jobs and had absolute sticker shock over the out-of-pocket cost. Even though I had no Flex account from my last job, the technician, Aiyana, managed to add discounts that CUT my BILL in HALF! She was under no obligation to do that, and as an unemployed person over 40, I GREATLY appreciate that she was able the lessen the burden I'm facing with my current financial situation. THANK YOU, AIYANA.
The pharmacist at this Walgreens who said his name is Sargon (refused to give any additional information) in inappropriately arrogant, dismissing & is detrimental to the safety of the patients he is responsible for helping get the medications they need. The inexcusable incident that occurred was escalated to the corporate level & I would highly discourage anyone from going to this Walgreens or any other Walgreens pharmacies.
