I agree with Soozin Nance. Tom being treated disrespectfully like that in front of customers is extremely rude and brings down the stores overall moral. Very poor lead example for managers if you ask me.
I think that Tom that works front cash could be treated a little nicer by superior tonight even though he might be slower and he might have trouble with the coupons he's trying to hold down employment and needed respect just like everyone else. Being sent to lunch and humiliated by manager was uncalled for.
