Please explain to me why you so heavily promote the vaccine on your page but tell your employees they aren’t allowed to say anything to your maskless customers who enter the store. This was reported to me by one of your cashiers today when I asked about the maskless man in the store and why he wasn’t asked to leave. The pharmacy is the slowest on earth. Took 1.5 hours to get pills that were in a sealed bottle, so basically 90 minutes to pull a bottle off the shelf.
I went threw the drive thur and after 15 minutes they hande the lady her prescription. Not very happy with Walgreens.
I was walking around the store to wake up. I also got water and a monster drink. I was asked by three different people if I was finding everything. It was a wonderfully safe place to walk around and take a break from driving.
Don't even deserve a star.. Horrible experience, like usual. I'm switching to cvs, where I've yet to have any issues.
Tired of waiting forever in their pharmacy line. Seems to get longer and longer every time I go. Staff is always friendly and apologetic, but something needs fixing in their systems.
Always a great place to shop. Never a poor experience.
As far as pharmacies go, it's the best. Yes, we're crazy busy and the lines get long but service is top notch no matter how many cranky people we deal with for hours on end. I think customers forget just how high stress our jobs are and how little we make. We do it because we love it and we care.
