RecommendedAppreciate all the staff, but extra thanks to the folks in the pharmacy!
Employees are always nice BUT Shelves are rarely stocked. To the point where I sometimes ask myself if they are going out of business. Also (and this isn’t the stores fault) disabled parking is often utilized by people who “just need to run in”. Leaving no spots for people who truly need them. Even saw a law enforcement office do this. As someone who has limited stores of energy and mobility issues I try to go elsewhere.
Got phone call at 430 saying prescription was ready. Showed up at 630 to be told they were currently filling it and to wait just a minute. Left 25 minutes later. Went and ate dinner and have now been sitting in the drive through for 12 minutes at the window. Just wow!
I saw my doctor at 5 pm today - a prescription was 'electronically' sent to Walgreen's - Lafayette. We tried to pick up after leaving the office - no record of the Rx. I then called the doctor back and this time they CALLED the Rx in. Husband goes back at 9 pm - no Rx. They have no record. I would think this would be the medical office's fault - BUT this is the second time that this pharmacy has made this same error. I am a very unhappy (and sick) customer - former customer, that is.
