Best pharmacy around, love the staff and they are very good. But if I'd have to pick Judy and Dianna are my favs.
What ever happened to Judy? She was the only person who knew what they were doing. Today I went home with the wrong prescription, a simple mistake by the pharmacy tech. When I returned I was told I could not get a refund because I already left the building. It took 3 staff members 20 minutes to refund me. No one said a single "I'm sorry about that" and what's worse is that I was mistreated. Everyone makes mistakes, but you do the right thing, especially for a loyal customer. Guess I have to take my business elsewhere.
Thank's to the pharmacist, who explained my new insurance drug card. Very professional and nice. Then transferred my very expensive script over from CVS, who were rude and had no time for me. To top it off called me later and told me to check on line for a coupon to help pay for that script. That saved me $60.00. Thanks again
