Piss poor pharmacy service. I called to ensure medication was in stock prior to having physician escribe over, to only get there to not receive required medication and told I would have to wait a week. They make more excuses than anything and this has nothing to do with COVID-19, this is beyond that. I have asked for assistance to get medication on a better schedule so I would not have to go every week or twice a week, no help after they offered. This is the WORST customer service experience. It seems that this store in particular is always understaffed. Expect long wait times at the photo department and pharmacy, and, if you order photos, expect to come back 2-4 times for the correct order (it won’t be correct the first time, I have YET to have this happen for me). I have had very unfriendly staff members complain *to me* while I am waiting that they are ill-equipped and understaffed, which is completely unprofessional.... Pharmacy moved way too slow. Had to leave my post op surgery sleepy husband in the car alone for 30 minutes because they are behind and under staffed.
The worst customer service. Stood in front of the older male cashier for a solid minute before he scanned my item and snatched money out of my hand, too busy with his conversation with a random man about assault rifles and the Soviet Union to interact with his customer (ME!). Then he proceeded to hand me back incorrect change and get an attitude when I waited for him to hand me my bag (as opposed to me having to remove it from the bag stand). CVS, here I come!
I have been using this particular Walgreens for a long time. Unfortunately this is the slowest pharmacy I think I have ever used. Just today I was on hold for literally 15 minutes before they even picked up there phone. I would consider using a different location or pharmacy. I have had it with this location.
Agree .... BAD SERVICE at pharmacy!!!!
Currently at Walgreens corner of Canada Rd and Hwy 64 and am receiving very poor service as I stand at the pharmacy register and type this I have not been greeted or acknowledged in any way. I have been standing at the register for a few minutes now. The last experience here was not so pleasant either. After this experience I believe I will be transferring my prescriptions.
