Good morning, I frequent the store many times within the last month and everything had been great. However today I was not pleased because they had a sale that started today on lysol and said they gave it out yesterday.
Poorest customer service EVER!!! It was an issue with my script. All they had to do was call the E.R. That wrote it out. The young lady didn’t want to do that and she told me one of my meds wasn’t covered. I left n went to jewel osco were they called the E.R., filled the prescription and informed me all my meds were covered. I was in and out in lees than 10 minutes. Ppl if your best bet is jewel osco. They’re professional and courteous 😊
