The sales and service are excellent. The pharmacy people are always right on top of things! Great customer service!!!
I think this Walgreens The pharmacy, has gone drastically downhill. It seems a big turnover of not so qualified people. The few ‘old timers’ are ok.

Good service an very helpfull
I think all the employees at this store are really nice. I don't care for the automated voice , when you call in for refills. When you order 4 refills and only 2 are ready they should not send a message that your order is ready. You drive there only to find out 2 are waiting for the doctors ok.
Walgreens itself is okay but Walgreens pharmacy on 63rd & Austin sucks booty and it just reminded me why I go to Osco now! My insurance wouldn't pay for one of my meds until today yet I come here today and they don't have it ready and said it'll be a 2 hour wait! Whenever my Ins won't pay for a med until a certain day, Osco puts it through the morning of the date!
