They do not honor their prices. I was going to purchase some items but the price they rang up for was different so I couldn’t get the item so the manager came and she said well I can’t make that decision I have to talk to the other manager I said ok where is he and she said he’s not here right now so why did she even say that. I just don’t understand that. Why wouldn’t you honor your price. I will put this all on social media

The ladies and District Manager who were working in the Lake Station store on the morning of Thursday December 15, 2016 were so friendly and helpful. I had some Jingle Cash coupons and one didn't work. They didn't act annoyed or anything while the issue was going on. They smiled while doing whatever they could to resolve the issue.
