I have been going to this walgreens for 10+ years and have never had an issue. Today I stopped in to get a few thing and I ended up looking in the makeup section for about 10 mins or so.. I had no purse, a tank top, and pajama pants. I would give 5 stars, but I've been trying to get a hold of a pharmacy representative for the past hour. I've been on hold, the system no longer says there's any callers ahead of me. I just wanted to refill my prescription, but it won't let me without assistance. I understand that there's other customers, but be on hold for an hour? That's a little ridiculous.
