Horrible service all around. I’ve placed to photo orders and both times there were issues. They offer photo pick up via curbside or drive thru. After following the instructions and waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line (it was a huge rain storm so instead of hassling with that, the drive thru was easier) the lady very rudely tells me they don’t offer that and cannot do it. I have been a customer at Walgreens for years. A few weeks ago, my grandson, picked up my acid reflux medications. When I opened the bottles to place in my pill system. I noticed one of the bottles contained a mixture of 2 different types of pills. I called the pharmacy, they apologized and told me to bring the medicine back to the pharmacy. I was treated badly, the 2 pharmacist was nonchalant and one of them was telling me because of the way the pills are dispensed on the bottles, it was impossible for that to happen. I am ... read more
