Went to Walgreens on Clearlake this A.M. Sign on door says a Mandatory Mask. Saw 4 employees one had mask on and it wasn’t over nose. Will find somewhere else to shop

Springfield on clear lake-Slowest drive thru pharmacy. Waited over 50 minutes with only one car ahead of me. Immediately signed up to a service to have my pills delivered to my home so I never have to go back here
I am customer of over 35 years and today I refilled my last prescription. I used the automated refill system. When I went to pharmacy to pick up, I was told they didn't have a Suzanne Stevens. After providing my birthdate. The pharmacy located me but said I had no refills pending. I provided the medication and was told the automated refill didn't pick up my request. Everyone switch to CVS and save yourself a lot of anxiety and stress over having to wait for an eternity to even get to the counter or window and then be told .....oh your script will not be ready for another 45 minutes. I will not ever spend another dime in that store!!!!!
This Pharmacy sucks the girl working drive up was rude said my insurance wasnt on file after arguing with her and telling her I use Walgreens on Monroe all the time with NO problem she finally looked a little more after telling me there was nothing else she can do and that I needed to pay cash then after a few more minutes found the insurance So now she is making me wait 30 minutes for eye drops... Save your time and go to a different pharmacy SMH
Pharmacy is never staffed properly. Every time I pick up a prescription or even call I have to wait atleast 20 minutes. This issue once in awhile is understandable but EVERY time is just bad business.
I've been waiting in the drive thru for pharmacy for 20 minutes now! I dont get what the problem is! This is ridiculous!! I DONT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
