The customer service here is horrible. The store is always a mess and you can never find things or anyone to ask where to find things. Hey corporate Walgreens maybe it's time to re-invent this store from the lay out to the staff. I won't be back.
The pharmacy here normally I don't have an issue with, but was told that the prescription would be ready in an hour..I come back an hour and a half later and got a line that they were waiting on the doctor to authorize it and then that it was at another Walgreens and then oh the insurance was already billed and that my husband must have it at home. Like really? Then why did you give him a three day emergency supply just a few days ago? Never had issues with them here until today.
Walgreens is the worst place you can go to pick up a prescription . Does anybody know of another Pharmacy where they treat a customer with respect?
