I would just laugh off how bad this pharmacy is if it didn’t tangibly impact my quality of life as a patient. They consistently fail to process new prescriptions from doctors, handle refill requests promptly, or bill my insurance correctly. There have been several cases where they’ve used an outdated insurance profile with incorrect information, and have never merged the old account despite repeated requests to do so.
