I mentioned to them 3x not to fill a script I no longer took they kept on filling it one of those times I went in person to have it off my list of scripts. My doctor said to watch out for Walgreens he was right they keep on filling it's all about the money.
I love shopping at Walgreens I spend a lot of money you can check but today I went to the pharmacy in Oak Forest to pick a a remainder prescription I was sick so I called because I could not go there for a few days they said they would put a note on it I went in and they put it back it was the remainder of a 90day they only had 30 I was explaining my story and the girl in pharmacy shut me down in mid sentence then they told me they put it back I was hot I had to wait till the 9th to pick it up but they were so rude to me poo... read more
Rude. Cashiers with attitudes. Team leads that, when you complain, side with the employee. What’s the point of coming here when the customer is wrong?
WALGREENS: the absolute best thing since sliced bread. :)
This location has very kind & courteous, hard-working staff. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner & help is always readily available. They're well stocked with products I frequently use & the store is very clean. The pharmacy is a resource I have to lean on often having a child with Lupus, but the help behind the counter is so reassuring & always calm & patient during high pressure moments of business.
