RecommendedJust got me first dose of the vaccine at the store in Midlothian and I must say everyone was just great!
Absolutely not! They gave me the wrong insulin. It was labeled right but it was actually the wrong insulin. They were nonchalant “ oh I’m sorry the must have been rushing “ this is unacceptable. Corporate was called.
This store is always clean, has friendly staff & the pharmacy is always on top of things
Tenia was the person at the beauty counter who went above and beyond to help me color match my concealer, pick a perfect shade of lipstick and select some really good skin care products. She did it all while being very attentive to other consumers with a smile. She is very informed about products in your store as well as price savvy. She didn’t try to over sale and was extremely helpful. Cheers � to healthy skin and beautiful hues of lips!!! Thanks Tenia!!!
This is the absolute WORST pharmacy ever!!! They don’t care at all about their patients, they are rude and ignorant and don’t offer any explanation when refusing service. They hang up on you and offer you no help when needing to get your prescriptions filled. I will never go to this Walgreens again.
I call the pharmacy to ask the to hold on to my prescriptions because I can't get in there right away. And the person I spoke to said no problem. Guess what they put it away!!!!
The pharmacy staff used to be the best around. They really knew their stuff and were willing to go above and beyond to help you. Now, you sit in line for half hour to an hour in the drive thru. It's like the staff is in no hurry to help the customers waiting. Sometimes the line inside moves twice as fast as the one outside. A lot of times I will hear that a customer outside is going to wait for thier prescription.
