The new drive thru pharmacy window has the worst customer service! And this is not an isolated incident every time I try to use it the same thing happens. They take forever to even acknowledge you. When they do it's from a phone where there back is to you and then act like you are inconveniencing them. Being disabled and hard to walk I was very exited when I learned the drive thru was opening. I have been coming to this pharmacy for 10years and am now considering changing pharmacies.
