Will never go to Walgreens EVER again . I will be getting all my medications at CVS from now on. Earlier in the day , I went to my regular Walgreens location. Since it’s a new year, I had to wait for the Prior approval from my doctor to refil my medicine. After about an hour of waiting , the prior approval went through but unfortunately my regular store was out of stock .. so they sent me to Holyoke location because they were the only ones in the area that had the medication . The lack of knowledge of the employees about their own photo equipment was surprising. I do not expect to hear " Well, if it doesn't work for you, I can't help you." when having a little trouble with the self serve photo printer.
