I've had numerous problems trying to get a shingle shot at this and the Griffith Walgreens. I spoke to people here at Crown Point least twice today and also talked to reps at Cigna at least twice. Cigna and Walgreens spoke to each other over the phone. Cigna told me that Walgreens does not know how to bill or process the claim. They also suggested that I go to a different pharmacy.
