I get so upset and uncomfortable when I call or visit there. Jen has zero patience or understanding in fact she will even tell me I don’t have time for this. When I ask her to lower her voice (she always sounds like she is YELLING) she proclaims that she is projecting her voice like there’s a huge crowd behind me. If this wasn’t my closest pharmacy to walk to I’d go elsewhere. Always avoiding the interaction with Jen.
