The counter person on 12/13/2019 at 10:20PM, Christibel, was impolite, arrogant and uncooparative, oh and throw in unprofessional. That the phamacist saw this and allowed her register operator to act like this, was equaly unprofessional... A Walgreens "dream team" of terirble customer service... Glad I have their names to report them to the Walgreens corporate headquarters... Run as far away from this mismanaged pharmacy as fast as you can!
Not a good experience. Drop off prescription at 5:45pm, got my text that meds were ready at 6:15. Walked in at 6:30pm, clerk in pharmacy tells me "oh its not ready". I asked why, clerk says "I don't know". Mind you there are about 5 or 6 other people waiting, for there meds. One person has a sick child with him waiting on meds. 7:15pm comes around still not ready. 7:30pm comes around. Me and man with child ask about meds, the clerk left on either break or home, store Manger come through and finds both our meds already prep. ... read more
Love Walgreens . We have traveled and lived from east to west coast and Puerto Rico ! I could always depend on Walgreens being there for me . It amazes me that they all remember my name when I go to get my medication . Always hi Mrs ----- ! I can hardly remember my own . I was there yesterday to pick up a prescription , they asked me for my address I said it was here ! I do feel like I live there , they have everything i need and then some . Everyone is polite and helpful ! Thank you Walgreens for making my life easer !
