Sat. Nite may 30th 2020 8:00pm ,the 24 hr.drive thru is closed. Need pills. Thanks for letting the public know.
Very slow and I don’t think pharmacist or tech had a clue . Also assistant manager was too busy or didn’t care to help when I asked a question . For a 24 hour store should have better and more knowledgeable help .
This is the worst pharmacy. I've had Rx's filled many times over the years. Always thru Walgreens. But this location (which I've used for 6 years) I've had problems with getting prescriptions filled. Doesn't matter if a script is handed to them or refilled online. Today it took 1 hour + 15 min for ME to take care of something the Doctor + Pharmacist should have taken care of yesterday. Incompetent. Wish someone would just do their job so I don't have to do it for them.
Very rude customer service of pharmacy techs here. I get it, but you chose this job so put a smile on and suck it up!!
Al, the Pharmacist, on 76th & Coldspring is awesome! Always very friendly & so helpful! He deserves a raise!
