I hate this Walgreens there always out of items.Staff just push you on to another store and a very rude way.That's why grom now on I'll just go across the street to CVS witch I get better service and they always have whats needed and if they don't they will try to. Help me in any other way they can.Staff needs to be reevaluate and if they don't want to do their job properly they need to get rid of them and hire people that really need the job and are willing to give better customer service. I think the pharmacist needs to learn how to talk to people and getting her facts correct before she chews a customer out. I was not the problem. She owes me an apology for her actions. I was chewed out for her tech's mistake not mine. I know I am not the only one she treats like this. Very, very unprofessional.

former customer I called the 24 hour walgreen phone number 939-2142 in ft myers. I spoke to someone who transfered me to the pharmacy. I had a few questions I wanted to ask the pharmacist and I asked if he/she was busy, "we're always busy what do you want. My response was if they were busy I would call at another time as my questions would take time. The person asked "why did I want to be like that?" I politely hung up.
