I just went to this Walgreen's on Central only to find out they had just closed and wouldn't give me a reason why. Store hours clearly state they were supposed to be open to 7PM, even checked website to verify. curfew not till 8PM...so can you please explain to me why the h*** it wasn't open??????
RecommendedNice clean store to pickup daily items or prescriptions. Friendly staff who are helpful. Lots of good parking spaces. Convenient if you work on Central.
The most rudest PA at Walgreens Healthcare Clinic. It obvious the guy loves his job and cares for patient's. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, he also filled out my TB form when I had TB read, with the wrong times making it seem like it was out of the recommendation between the 48-72 hours.

Walgreen your specialty pharmacy is the worst. About a week ago, I tried to place an order for a refill for my medication which treats my MS. I was denied the refill because of a $20.00 co-pay that needed to be paid and unrelated to this matter. Whatever, I waited till I got paid and paid the bill online this past Saturday. Dear Walgreens, the most stupid excuse as to why I was not seen, because I don’t have a physical copy of my insurance card?!?! I have my group # and ID #. The PA states that you guys don’t have the data base to look up insurance information. Why don’t you use the data base from your pharmacy. Ridiculous and waste of time. Shitty service.
Went in for annual flu shot. Once we figure out if I went to the clinic or pharmacy ( only reason for a 4 Star) everything went smoothly. Very professional and friendly
I like this Walgreens and have not had any bad experiences. Got my flu shot yesterday no fuss. I seriously hope upper management takes note of the previous negative reviews. I've been in customer service for awhile. Even when I was a teen i never behaved that childishly.
